Journals that wish to be indexed in TR Dizin must first create a user account through the system and submit an application using the Editor Application Form by the editor, publisher, or journal owner. Before applying, journals must ensure that they meet the required prerequisites and evaluation criteria; otherwise, the application will be rejected. After submission, journals enter a monitoring period (generally at least 1 year, or 2 years for newly established journals), during which journal issues, reviewer reports, article information, and required documents must be uploaded to the system. At the end of the monitoring period, experts and the committee evaluate the journal based on criteria such as publication ethics, peer-review process, editorial board quality, article quality, compliance with writing standards, and alignment with international publishing standards. Journals that meet these requirements are accepted into the index and must continue submitting issues regularly, while those that fail to meet the criteria or upload materials on time may be rejected or removed from the index.<\/p>\n
